it's the end of the year again and i'm selling some of my unwanted stuff online. It's better than selling to the 'garang guni' right ? haha...posted the pictures online yesterday night and i have already received 3 enquiries about my stuff and one of them will be transferring the money to me later. Happy...


Although it's unwanted stuff to me, it may be useful to others. I'm thinking, if i were to open a shop in the future, i will sell things online instead of renting a shop. Selling things online is better than renting a shop at orchard because the rental are so expensive. Saw from the newspaper that it costs around $12 000 per month to rent a shop in orchard. Other than rental, there are also decorating expenses, employee salaries, furniture expenses, etc. Just imagine the amount you have to earn per day...omg....
